Corporate Social Responsibility Policy
Introduction
Veritran, in accordance with the principles established by the United Nations (UN), defines sustainable development as “meeting the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.”
Therefore, recognizing the fundamental role of the technology industry as a driver of economic development and social cohesion, the company is committed to sustainability, focusing on the growth of the business ecosystem in the countries where it operates, with an eye on the present and a vision for the future.
At Grupo Veritran (Veritran Holding LTD; On Time Mobile SA de CV; Veritran Colombia SAS; Veritran Perú SA; Veritran LLC; Veritran Guatemala SA; Crumarel SA; Veritran SA; Tralmey SA; Veritran Brasil Soluções Digitais em Informática LTDA; and Veritran Europe SL), we understand Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a voluntary commitment to sustainable development, business ethics, and respect for all our stakeholders. This policy defines the principles and lines of action that guide our responsible corporate conduct.
Purpose
This Corporate Social Responsibility Policy establishes a framework through which Grupo Veritran can develop and strengthen socially responsible behavior, regardless of the country in which it operates, while locally adapting the necessary actions to ensure compliance.
Scope
This policy applies to all activities and operations of Grupo Veritran, including employees, executives, strategic partners, contractors, and suppliers, in every territory where it operates. Offices with specific CSR actions include: Barcelona (Spain), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Pereira (Colombia), Mexico City (Mexico), Miami (USA), and the United Kingdom (UK).
Strategy
Grupo Veritran understands that being sustainable means acting in balance across the three pillars of Sustainability—environmental, social, and governance (ESG)—to contribute to sustainable development. Its sustainability strategy is based on:
- Striking a medium- and long-term balance between environmental, social, and governance (ESG) challenges and defining how these affect the company and its stakeholders.
- Managing the company’s impact on society and identifying opportunities for sustainable development, in order to create shared value with stakeholders and society at large.

Our CSR Policy is based on the following principles:
- Compliance with applicable national and international legislation.
- Respect for Human Rights in accordance with the UN Guiding Principles.
- Promotion of equal opportunities and diversity.

- Minimization of environmental impact.
- Sustainable development and support for local communities.
- Commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN 2030 Agenda.
Communication and Dialogue with Stakeholders
Building stable, trust-based relationships relies on dialogue and the principle of good faith. Therefore, in its internal standards, Veritran has established criteria to guide its interactions with employees, customers, shareholders, partners, suppliers and collaborators, competitors, governments, and authorities.
Additionally, Veritran has specific communication and dialogue channels that also enable the company to understand the needs and expectations of stakeholders. Complementary to these channels, Veritran has processes in place to identify issues considered material or relevant to business operations and its stakeholders.
Commitment to Transparency
Veritran considers transparency transparency as a means of transmitting and generating trust and credibility among stakeholders, which implies:
- Disseminating relevant and accurate information about the company’s performance and activities, while complying with any legal requirements for public information disclosure.
Commitment to Human Rights
Veritran rejects any conduct that may constitute a violation of human rights. Therefore, it is a priority objective to consolidate within the organization a culture in which Human Rights are respected, fostering and generating behaviors that demonstrate respect for people, as outlined in our Code of Ethics.
Fiscal Responsibility
Veritran, aware that the payment of taxes has a direct impact on the economic and social development of the countries where it operates, complies with its tax obligations in accordance with local tax laws, paying the corresponding taxes based on profits generated in each territory.
Environmental Conservation and Promotion
Veritran conducts its activities under a firm commitment to contribute to sustainability from an environmental perspective. This is achieved through integrating environmental considerations into the business, promoting environmental responsibility, efficient resource management, responsible waste disposal, and climate change mitigation.
Promotion of Social Responsibility
Veritran promotes social responsibility by participating in initiatives aligned with the principles of this Policy, as well as through proper communication and dissemination of it.
Employees
Veritran fosters a work environment based on trust and mutual commitment, as outlined in its Code of Ethics. This implies:
A. Consolidating a culture of respect for individuals and fostering openness to diversity.
B. Guaranteeing the right to equal opportunities and treatment for all employees, enabling their personal and professional development without exception.
C. Preventing any type of workplace discrimination in access to employment, promotion, professional classification, training, compensation, work-life balance, and all other labor conditions.
D. Maintaining a workplace free from harassment, offensive, or violent behavior, with clear procedures to address such issues if they arise.
E. Achieving optimal workplace safety levels and ensuring an environment that allows Veritran professionals to work under the best physical, psychological, and well-being conditions.
F. Promoting compensation conditions that guarantee a fair wage, recognizing employee performance and contributions to the company’s results.

Regulators, Authorities, and Institutional Organizations
Veritran conducts its business and institutional activities in full compliance with applicable regulations and legislation in all countries where it operates. The company engages in constructive and collaborative dialogue with regulatory and supervisory bodies, aiming to sustainably and appropriately develop its business model with respect for the environment and social interests.
Furthermore, Veritran collaborates with and participates in business and industry associations that help shape a broader and more comprehensive vision of its operating environment, while enabling a better understanding of the complexities of today’s interconnected economic and social realities. At all times, the company respects existing competition laws.
These relationships with regulators, authorities, and institutions are also governed by principles of ethical, transparent, and socially committed conduct, promoting strict adherence to codes of good practice and institutional governance.
Society
Veritran is committed to the economic and social development of the countries where it operates, and for this reason:
A. It acknowledges the impact of its activities on society, evaluating and managing non-financial, ethical, governance, reputational, social, and environmental risks.
B. In carrying out its activities, Veritran may promote sponsorships, initiatives, and activities that benefit society and contribute to achieving the objectives of the UN 2030 Agenda and the company’s sustainability strategy.
Corporate Sustainability Committee
The Ethics and Sustainability Committee oversees compliance with this policy and promotes its periodic review. We establish indicators and objectives to evaluate our progress and encourage continuous improvement. This policy will be reviewed at least once a year as part of our commitment to keeping it updated. Company representatives are responsible for compliance, and any questions should be directed to them in the first instance.
Lines of Action
Grupo Veritran carries out campaigns targeted at its operational sites in Europe, the United States, Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina. These actions are part of large-scale and social campaigns, as well as initiatives aimed at daily operations, jointly promoted with local teams in each country. These initiatives aim to strengthen an organizational culture based on sustainability, social responsibility, and positive impact.
In addition, an annual review of each site’s carbon footprint is conducted to implement mitigation or offset measures. These reviews establish progressive reduction goals and corrective actions in collaboration with internal teams and strategic partners.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Grupo Veritran made a significant donation to the Ministry of Health of the Government of the Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, contributing to the strengthening of the public healthcare system during a critical moment for society.
1.1 Ethics and Compliance
We are guided by a Code of Ethics that promotes integrity, honesty, and legality in all our actions. We have secure reporting channels and internal control mechanisms to prevent illicit practices or conduct contrary to our values.
1.2 People and Corporate Culture

1.3 Environment
We adopt measures to reduce our environmental impact, including energy efficiency, responsible waste management, emissions reduction, and sustainable resource use. Key initiatives include:
- The “Paper Less” policy, encouraging the digitalization of documents and processes to reduce paper consumption, in line with the UN’s Responsible Consumption and Production goals (SDG 12).
- The gradual replacement of non-renewable or non-recyclable batteries with rechargeable batteries in office devices.
- The replacement of traditional electric lamps with energy-efficient lighting systems such as LEDs across all facilities.
These actions aim to minimize the negative environmental impact of daily operations and foster an organizational culture mindful of natural resource use.
1.4 Community and Social Action
We actively participate in social initiatives, support local organizations, and promote corporate volunteering and socially responsible investment.
1.5 Blood Donation Campaigns (Barcelona, Pereira, and Buenos Aires)
We organize regular blood donation campaigns at our offices in Barcelona (Spain), Pereira (Colombia), and Buenos Aires (Argentina), in collaboration with local health centers. These initiatives are open to employees and their families and aim to raise awareness and solidarity regarding voluntary blood donation.
1.6 Food and Clothing Donations (Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Spain)
We carry out campaigns to collect and distribute food, clothing, and essential items in collaboration with community organizations and local authorities, particularly during extreme weather events or natural disasters. These actions reflect the company’s commitment to immediate assistance in climate emergency contexts.
